These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Homegrown Heating and Air Conditioning (“Homegrown”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By scheduling an appointment, approving a service estimate, or browsing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book services or utilize this website.

2.Services Description

Homegrown Heating and Air Conditioning provides professional residential and light commercial HVAC sales, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and system installations across Northern Colorado.

All diagnostic results, repair plans, and system recommendations are made in good faith by EPA-certified technicians based on standard system testing and mechanical inspection. While we strive for absolute accuracy, mechanical equipment can occasionally present unforeseen issues during live repairs.

3.User Responsibilities

To complete your heating or cooling project safely and on schedule, we ask that you fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Clear Access: Provide our technicians with clear, unobstructed access to your outdoor condensers, indoor furnaces, thermostats, and electrical breakers.
• Safe Environment: Ensure children and household pets are kept securely away from the workspace while active repairs or heavy mechanical installations are underway.
• Property Ownership: Warrant that you either own the property where services are performed or have obtained explicit legal authorization from the property owner to approve the requested repair or system replacement.

4.Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in time windows. While our dispatchers and automated notifications make every effort to ensure prompt arrival, actual times may vary due to emergency calls, traffic over mountain passes, or technical issues on prior job sites.

In the event of an unavoidable delay, our team will call or text to provide updated tracking. We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe working environments, abusive behavior, or inaccessible equipment.

5.Pricing & Payment

Pricing for diagnostic fees and basic maintenance tune-ups is standardized. For major repairs or equipment installations, we provide a structured written estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and bank drafts. For system upgrades and complete installations, local financing plans are available through our trusted partners, subject to approved credit.

6.Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Homegrown warrants all labor on heating repairs for a period of one (1) year from the completion date. New equipment installations carry manufacturer-specific warranties (ranging from 5 to 10 years, depending on registration details).

Our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship under normal usage. It does not cover issues resulting from customer neglect, skipped maintenance, dirty filters, unauthorized DIY repairs, or extreme weather acts of God.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Homegrown Heating and Air Conditioning shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system failures, delayed service, or natural heating downtime during winter cold snaps.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services or equipment installation is strictly limited to the dollar amount paid by the Customer for the specific job or repair in question.

8.Intellectual Property

All content published on homegrownnoco.com, including text, logos, custom graphics, and vector designs, is the sole property of Homegrown Heating and Air Conditioning and is protected by United States copyright laws.

You may not scrape, copy, modify, or distribute any marketing materials, brand identifiers, or informational content without our express prior written permission.

9.Termination

We reserve the right to cancel active service contracts, refuse diagnostic bookings, or terminate web access to scheduling portals for any customer who violates these Terms, exhibits non-payment behavior, or compromises the physical safety of our technicians.

10.Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from our services or website shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
