Do you really offer free estimates and second opinions?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation estimates and second opinions for all services. Our goal is to help you understand your options, costs, and timelines before you commit to anything. We’ll walk you through what we recommend, why, and what to expect next-so you can make a confident decision that fits your budget and schedule.
How fast can you get to me in an emergency?
We run same-day emergency repair seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado. Call 970-445-8650 as early in the day as you can so we can fit you into a same-day slot. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 first, then call us.
Do you service heat pumps and ductless mini splits?
Yes. We install, repair, and maintain air-source heat pumps and ductless mini splits, along with gas furnaces and central air. Each system is sized for Front Range winters, so a heat pump keeps up on cold mornings instead of leaning on backup heat.
How often should I have my furnace or AC maintained?
Once a year for each system. Book the furnace in the fall before the first cold snap and the AC in the spring before cooling season. A gas furnace tune-up includes combustion analysis and draft testing, which makes it a carbon monoxide safety check as much as an efficiency visit. Heat pumps heat and cool, so they benefit from a visit before each season.
What brands do you install and service?
We repair every major brand, whether or not we installed it, including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Amana, Bryant, American Standard, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Payne, Ruud, Armstrong, and Heil. On replacements we recommend equipment based on your home’s load calculation and your budget, not on brand loyalty.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes. Financing is available on new systems and system upgrades, so you can replace a failing furnace or AC without paying the full cost up front. Ask about financing when we give you your free estimate, and we will go over the terms with you before you commit.
