TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Homegrown Heating & Air Conditioning (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who reside within Homegrown Heating & Air Conditioning’s service area and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The Promotion ends on November 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (MST) (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Promotion by completing the online nomination form available at https://www.homegrownnoco.com/furnace-give-away. Entries that are incomplete or contain false information may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a furnace installation, including standard equipment and labor, provided by Homegrown Heating & Air Conditioning. The total value of the prize may vary based on installation requirements. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. All installations are subject to site inspection and verification of feasibility by the Sponsor. If the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a furnace installation cannot be safely or reasonably installed at the winner’s property, the Sponsor reserves the right to decline installation and will not be held liable or obligated to provide an alternative prize or compensation.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by the owner of Homegrown Heating & Air Conditioning based on a review of the nominations submitted during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) business days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity and Media Release
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, nomination story, and any related photographs, video, or content for promotional purposes, including online, print, and social media announcements, without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant the Sponsor this permission and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their submission in order to grant such permission.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must agree to participate in promotional photos, videos, and posts on the Sponsor’s social media and marketing channels.
8. Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that the Sponsor may collect and use personal contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address) for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for future marketing communications, including promotional offers, newsletters, and updates from the Sponsor. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by notifying the Sponsor.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason or if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
